1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by TSC Taxi Service Centraal, registered in Netherlands, operating via https://www.tsctaxi.nl.
2. Services
We provide premium transportation and chauffeur services including airport transfers, executive transport, corporate travel and private taxi services throughout the Netherlands.
3. Bookings & Quotations
Fare estimates displayed on our website are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking and may vary based on traffic, waiting times, route changes and operational circumstances. No rights can be derived from displayed estimates.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.
5. Payment
Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card or invoice (corporate accounts). Payment is due upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
We maintain full insurance coverage for all journeys. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dutch law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if passenger conduct endangers the driver or others.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
